From May 6 to May 15, participating Starbucks locations will have half-price blended drinks from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. -- a Starbucks happy hour. I know the Clifton/University Heights location is participating, as they had a poster up. Apparently this is in part promoting the new Mocha Coconut variety.

Half-price frappu-things at Starbucks
From May 6 to May 15, participating Starbucks locations will have half-price blended drinks from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. -- a Starbucks happy hour.
